Hi, I’m Alexis Robinson! I’ve worked in the childcare industry for more than 30 years and have called this location home for the past 11. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—from running my own home childcare center to teaching in part-day programs, and from floater to lead teacher. I’ve had the joy of working with children from 6 weeks to 14 years old, but I discovered my true passion is with preschoolers, ages 3–5. In 2014, I achieved my dream of becoming a Director.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education Administration from Ashford University and an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development from Nashville State. My inspiration comes from years of hands-on experience, learning through trial and error, and finding joy in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming space where children can grow and thrive.
In my spare time, I enjoy sewing and quilting, and I’m happily married with one daughter and a few adorable pups. I love traveling, especially anywhere overseas, and when football season rolls around, you’ll find me cheering on the Tennessee Titans!
